Ok following an odd bout of depression recently im now feeling much more lively, ive joined the local gym with my housemate which im really enjoying leaves me feeling really exhilarated when i finish, its cool going with sumone else too cos weve been listening to like cheesy music on my ipod as we do it and singing along to sum
