I'm all alone!
John just left to go home for the night and I am leaving late this evening...so I officially just said goodbye to my roommate. I know I will see him in a week and all summer since he is in Summer Leadership II, but I am REALLY going to miss living with John.
I could not have asked for a better person to spend a year with. Sure, he would tease me and drive me nuts sometimes, but I knew he always meant well. Plus, he put up with my crazy taste in music (very few people like ABBA :-P) and all of my other quirks. John and I didn't just live together, we would also hang out together, which is something I have never done with a roommate before. He is so lucky that he is a head resident now! I'm happy for him and I know he has more than earned his nice HR apartment since he was a hard-working RA for 2 years, but I still wish I could live with him again. Oh well...we had a good year and we made the most of Mercer 205.
Now that I am somewhat depressed, I think I will continue packing, loading my car, and getting ready to leave.
