I'm very close to finishing my comic book; as I write this, there are about two more pages to ink, and a few more things here and there to tidy up. I've been obsessing over this thing for about a month now (I work slow, I guess?), and although I love doing it, I'm glad that the end is in sight.
The book is going to be called "Need Dignity", and its about...ehh, twelve pages or so. It's just a series unconnected, one or two page humor strips. It's probably going to be around 2 dollars, which is getting what you pay for, I think. I'm going to drop copies off at Star Books and Comics, and I'll probably have some copies on me the next time you see me. For all of my out of town friends: if you want a copy, give me your address and I'll send you one free o' charge.
But first, I have to head off and get back to finishing this.
(P.S. - I might need some help binding all the books together. If you're feeling charitable, bored, owe me an act of kindness, etc., I'd really love the help and the company. Punch and pie will served.)
(P.P.S. - I cannot guarantee the punch and pie. Beer and pizza is probably a better bet.)
(P.P.P.S. - But I still cannot completely guarantee beer and pizza either.)
