About the tattoo: XD Actrully I was drawin this in Art and my friend Vicky goes "He needs a horribly gerniric tattoo somewhere." So I did the heart with the arrow and was like "It needs a bit more ron-itude" so I wrote "Naco 4 Life" on it XD It's so lame but it makes me giggle umong-st the drool.
About the city: And the city was easy. =D Every layer is just regular squares made with the marquee tool and holding Shift to make more the one shape at once.
Once I got that, I go up to select>modify>smooth and smooth it like 5 pixels. It makes the corner round. Then you fill with a color (I use alt+backspc) and then blur just a little.
Do a couple layers of that and with handy dandy dodge and burn give it a bit of depth.
On a layer ontop of all your layers of buildings, take your airbrush on 9% and with a birght color and little brush make dashes for the windows, blur it a hundred times or so till they look light-ish and bam! city! You can mess with the lights oppimacy and layer mode too if that helps.
For his reflection I had to surf the layer modes for a while before setteling on hardlight with a 74% optimacy. Oh and I skewed it to match the window too. I did that with alot of things, like the walls and the window glass and the streaks across it.
Any other questions, juuust ask, I'm always willing to help <3
