yeah, so almost three months since an actual update. i bet you're all glad you get to read more crap from mike.
and today was a day full of crap. as everyone knows, i'm sick. plus my eyes have been itching/watering like crazy for the last couple of weeks, last night, they felt like they were on fire. woohoo. and then i got a terrible head ache today, and i never get head aches....
but the most pathetic thing that happened today was....i went shopping today for Grad Cards. I went to Hallmark, picked some up, and went home. my mom looked through them, and informed me that i picked out a card aimed towards the African American population. that's all it said was good luck and best wishes, you know, the usual stuff. now i have to ask, what kind of racist world do we live in, where we have to divide up the Greeting Card industry. humans are really losing their morals......
so in that three months stretch, i graduated from Cousino. i know, everyone said it couldn't be done, but i proved you all wrong. i even did with Summa Cum Laude...oh yeah! I went to convocation too, and got a bunch of awards there, mostly for math...but i got the "Semper Fidelis" award from the US Marine, for outstanding musicianship, i think.......
and i am still working at the shoe place. and yes, it still sucks. i have two new managers now, so maybe things will get better. maybe not. i've been screwed out of a whole of hours lately, to the point where what i make in two weeks is what i've made in one week in the past...that is pathetic. but i got a nice 20 hour week next week...finallly! i need a new job, and there's one where i can make a whole lot of money real quickly, but it's everyday, almost all day, and not sure if i really want to do that.......
i went to a PBM show tonight at CLub Eko. they played excellent as always, but i felt a little out of place. teen clubs for twelve year olds suck.......i was the only one there in my age group, well, at least i didn't know anyone else there...just kinda stood in the back alone........but good job to Steve and the rest of PBM!!!
and I finally got "Honkin' On Bobo"!!! Aerosmith's brand-spankin new CD. it's quite the awesomeness. yeah i got the limited edition harmonica with it too. even more awesomer!!!
i saw Shrek 2 with Mary on tuesday. excellent movie. so go see it.
and last night was Amanda's party. twas quite fun. got to go swimming for the first time in like 2 years.
so the Pistons are on their way! one kick ass game last night. ABC is now trying to cover their asses by saying they under estimated the Pistons. i hope these announcers get some smarts.....
and i ordered my own drumset finally. brand new Tama Rockstar Custom. Should be coming in mid-July. i so can't wait for that!!!!
