(no subject)
Hmmm ok I think I've secured my residence at home for as long as I need it (NO I DIDNT BLACKMAIL ANYONE... I THINK) but lets just say it's a little icy when I'm in the same room as my father.
Got some information from college today - looks like I got into Brooks for real. Just need to send some GED Scores and my CSSSA Transcript and I'll be able to start classes in September. Since I'm going to be carrying a camera around ALL the time, expect this to become more... photobloggy.
I'm thinking about taking a light courseload for the first session, stuff that gets me outside that isn't terribly difficult (Sports, for example, is a fairly easy disipline of photography) before I take on hardcore studio work.
My official major: Commercial Advertising Photography
It's going to be pretty cool. Not as hip as Art Center, but for 60 thousand less it's worth it. I'll be close to the UC, so hopefully teen movie esqe debockles won't be out of the realm of possibility, so it'll at least be fun. Ha.
I'll have a financial aid decision by July. I hope they give me more than half, I don't think I can afford it any way else.
