Comments: A great practice. I think we're elated that January is over and that we'll be having Jon back during the week. We were able to get so much done with our originals tonight that I think we should have them fleshed out completely over the next several weeks. Combine that with the arrival of our new multi-track digital recorder and our editing software and you've got yourself the makings of the first VGZero demo! Yay! Yes, things are moving along quite nicely here in the Vortex. Things being the way they are, we should be gig ready in another month or so. We were originally pushing for a December deadline, but with the departure of (guess what) one of our previous guitarists we were set back a bit...but no longer. January has been a huge pain in the ass for us, but our patience had paid off ten-fold. God I love METAL! ~ mad
