Don't Call Me Stupid
I was common knowledge. I played the part of the villain very well, the bratty little sister, the ugly and evil witch whose aim is to feast on your very heart.
It does not mean that I chose silence, a blessed sanctuary, that I am naive to your cunning tricks. It does not mean that I chose not to return your sharpness in the tongue that I have an empty mind devoid of any thought whatsoever.
You insult me, with that mocking fashion of yours and your devilish tricks.
I have a pleasant upbringing and up to now, I maintain the manners drilled to the core of my brain. To lash out my own set of attacks with equal sharpness of tongue, and to add my own spice in your concoctions would be a grave insult to my upbringing and self-image. Which is why I chose silence and a stoic facade.
