Goodbye to an old friend

This is an odd time of day for me to be on the computer, but I was told this morning just before I got up that my dog was being put to sleep today. I kind of knew it was coming since early this week. She's had bladder problems since birth, and up until about a week ago, medication was able to curb that. Last week though it started getting really bad, and my parents just decided they couldn't deal with it anymore. It isn't easy on any of us to get rid of her though. She's always been as kind as a dog could possibly be. I know this boring sentiment to everyone else, just because to anyone else, she's just a dog, but to me, well, she was my dog.
