Welcome to LiveJournal indeeeed. What little does LJ know, I signed up for an account years ago! MUWAHAHAHA...ha...ha...... Well, rather than take advantage of the benefits a "permanent" or "early" user are privvy to, I decided to forget my old username and start fresh. I've attempted blogging many times before, mainly between my Freshman and Sophomore year of college. Like those times, I've started again out of stress and procrastination, and since my travel blog "the rude full-scale joke" has been a personal success for me in proving that I can, in fact, keep up a blog, I thought why not start an LJ again? I do yearn for the user-friendliness of Blogspot, but I'll figure out where to post my random pics somehow.
For those curious about the name, I've taken a liking to the poet Robert Pinsky, especially his poem written in the spirit of Basho's style, Impossible to Tell. Since I name my travel blog after one line of the poem, I figured I might as well name this after another segment of the same work. If you enjoy Japanese poetry, and obscure references to it in modern literature, I highly recommend Pinsky's piece.
