friggin heck man. long story short, NorthBay is so disorganised; there isn't really a chain of communication at night and if something happens the counselors never know what the heck is going on. plus, being a counselor while there are teachers around sucks. you have no authority because every chance they get, the teachers and administrators are undermining it! Last night was hell. Sometimes i want to quit.
