Last night I came home from work, peeled some potatos for Garlic Mashed Potatos while waiting for Tim's phone call. Tim is doing well. He got the pictures I sent to him of Sugar and Coconut. I made it over here as I said I would. I've only had a chance to read one or two posts, but I like what I see so far.

I have to get out of here to go to work in about 20 minutes, but I'll take some time over the next few days to read more of your entries.
