My Crush... (More Rory/Storm Spam)
I have such a crush on this doll it really isn't even funny. He and Gideon are just...unf! It's killing me they have to share a body because I would love to take their pics together. Maybe someday I'll get Rory his own.
Right now I am just giving him LOTS of camera time before I give the bod back to Gideon.
The thing that's kind of funny...I never liked Storm. Not really. I thought he was okay, but the sculpt was kind of at the bottom of my list for the SID boys. He also always looked vaguely vapid to me. When they had the head sale I could only afford *one* SID boy head in anticipation of my Felix I planned to order, since I "shot my wad" getting girl heads to paint. So between Lee (who I'd already painted one of), Theo (who I like in darker resins, personally) and Storm (who I was meh about), I decided on Storm because I knew I was ordering in Normal Skin and I wanted to see if I would like him better if I painted one. Storm actually looks like Jessica's brother to me and I even compared the heads when 2 of Jackie's Jessica's were here. They definitely have a familial similarity in their features. Especially the eyes.
Long story short...uh, too late...I now *love* Storm. (Especially this one. :D)
With that being said I will take my nice big helping of Crow now. Breaded into tenders with a side of BBQ sauce if you please...
