Please include your LJ and/or DoA name and what head you are interested in having me work on.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
I will not accept recast heads for commission under any circumstances, so please don't ask. If a recast head is sent to me (whether knowingly or unknowingly) the head will be returned and the commission void.

Price Information:
All sized faceups $150 effective Jan 1, 2013 plus return shipping.
Payment due ONLY upon approval of completed work. I accept Paypal only. No e-checks please.
Upon acceptance of commission I will give you my address to ship your doll's head to.
Please send heads blank whenever possible. Difficult to remove faceups may incur an extra charge.
Please send your doll with a face protector if possible.
