It really is better to give then to recieve!
Do something unexpected for someone who's been wonderful to you. I've had regular customers at work go out of their way to think of someone who pours their coffee or makes their usual grande mocha latte and bring me a small gift! It was small...it probably didn't cost them much, but it was their appriciation of me that was a bigger gift then the huge tip or espresso candle.
....just trust me you'll feel good about yourself.
And new years...to all my friends who are not straight edge...it may sound familiar...but DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! I'm not saying that just b/c I love you...I'm also saying it b/c you might not die, but you might kill an innocent victim.
Lemme break this down...
If you drink to ring in the new year...fine..I'll probably be doing it too. But I do not want to wake up on new years day and find out that one of you is dead!
That and do everyone a big favor...carry atleast 20 or 30 bucks around for a cab as well as a taxi cab service phone number. Set it all aside from your drinking money, just in case you need a ride home. Or call someone you know will be sober. The world is a better place if one less drunk is on the road driving.
So on all those notes...be safe and be merry <333 I send my love.
