The work is collated here, but I'm of the opinion that the art style really starts to get appreciably good in the current (second) chapter, which is where things are at now. Funky graphic design, characters you can really love, genre-savviness, and a whole lotta love.

anon 1: I care about different races/ethnicities, but this is more of a learning about different cultures and languages and stuff, you know? I notice the differences in appearances because for me, it's just plain neat to see so much variation in a single species.
This tends to get me in trouble, 'cause people think I'm staring at them because I think they're freaks or I don't like them, but it isn't like that at all.
I'm just... a crazy people-watcher, I guess?
But I don't think any races are better than another or anything like that. I can't imagine how anyone could. The different races are like a big bowl of minestrone to me - there's all these different vegetables and pasta thrown in and sometimes beans, all this stuff, and every piece and bite is all just fantastic and delicious in its own way. You appreciate every ingredient on its own, while enjoying how they mix and flow together.
But if you set any parts of the soup above another, or if you take out all the carrots because shoot, man, inferior carrots, it just doesn't make sense, ya know? Am I making sense? Sorry for the metaphor, I'm a hungry cook, it's hard to get my mind of food right now.
