Hee, White Collar! A lot of people seem to like White Collar. I HAVE BEEN VERY STUBBORN about not watching it. This has more to do with laziness than anything else. From what people tell me, it would actually be up my alley.
Your icon reminds me I need an OT3 icon. \O/ But the only one I like is of them sitting at a table together (it is very awww) but it is not OVERTLY OT3 enough for MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

I think I've seen the icon you're talking about! :D Is it from the same post that had an icon of Peter and Neal on June's terrace? I kind of wanted that one, b-but it's kind of hard to tell what's going on if you don't know the series (and most people don't). I liked it because it looked like Peter was fixing up a cup of coffee for Neal and bending over a little like a butler, so it totally reminded me of Kuroshitsuji. *laughs!* Daww, now I want to go find it and upload it. xD

Hmm! I'm not sure if that's the icon you meant, but I'm using that OT3 scene icon now. To be honest I can't actually remember which icon post I first saw it on, I just knew I had to have an icon of that scene. It is very important because the lead-up is Peter giving Neal his FBI 10-year-service ring while Elizabeth looks on smiling. :) Also because I saw someone caption it as, "We want you to marry us." XDXDXD And Neal looks so cute in it omg.
LOL! I didn't realise it may be confusing to non-Castle fans until now... *laughs!* I can't remember the exact episode it's from, but it's basically The Beckett Crew in the middle of an investigation. They're probably about to interview a witness or arrest someone and Castle is the one who gets to the door first... Beckett's pulling him back and reminding him who's in charge. ;)
I like your version of the icon, though. Walking up and touching things is kind of what Castle does best. He's like a toddler on a sugar rush most of the time. *grin!* Beckett usually tells him to wait in the car, but Castle will only stay put for a minute or so before following her and getting them all into more trouble because he just can't listen.

I think that if I saw Castle I might think it was cute too. :) People have said that White Collar and Castle have similarities. :)
My only issue with making my own is getting the screencaps, but I can always make my own. :D HAHAHAH I AGREE THAT A TINY SQUARE CANNOT DO NEAL JUSTICE but what can we do, 100 x 100 pixels only. ;)
AHAHAHAHAHA I had to spend quite a bit of time looking for nice icons. But what I do is read White Collar posts and look at the icons people are actually using, and follow them back to the iconmaker. :)

You can totally watch White Collar tonight, by the way (assuming it's already early-hours Tuesday morning where you are, though I suspect it's more like laaate Monday night). White Collar shows on the USA network at 9pm (uh, assuming this is your 9pm) on Tuesday nights, which means today! :) USA Schedule here. :)
Also, Season 2 Episode 1 of White Collar is available on iTunes for free. :)

It's because we didn't buy the tickets soon enough! We bought them in January but that was still TOO LATE for the full four day pass, apparently. Eesh.
Oh, lol, thank you for checking! XDDD Last night, after having left my previous comment, I was inspired to check out White Collar online FINALLY, so I watched the first ep. I thoroughly enjoyed it! It's rare that I will like characters so early on in a show, but OH THE TWO LEADS, lovely. I will totally be watching more.
Hulu is alright (so long as it remains free!). They are planning to charge for their services soon, which, I think, will be their downfall.
