Irie pretty much answers a lot of the questions we've wanted answered since his whole BYAKURAN IS ALL MY FAULT statement.
Also I think that this chapter makes him the most awesome badass normal person in Reborn.

THIS MUST BE SHARED:
It's kind of heartwarming seeing Gokudera worried over someone who isn't Tsuna or Yamamoto.
Also Irie's Byakuran! I can still fight! I don't care if I die if it means defeating Byakuran! while coughing up immense amounts of plasma is pretty darn brave.
But little!Irie! SO DAMNED FUNNY IN HIS "NOO!!! I DON'T WANT TO BE AN ENGINEER! I WANT TO BE A MUSICIAN!!!" dream is hilarious. Also his stone-cold determination to DEFEAT BYAKURAN is pretty impressive.
This is a really solid chapter - one of the best we've had so far.
AND NOW FOR THE MANGA.
So we've gone into the Arcobaleno arc, which is where the manga & anime part ways and where the anime goes skipping happily into Fanservice Land.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Ken's Caught-In-the-Act-of-Dere Tsundere face.
More precisely, caught in the act of feeding Chrome. When caught by Chikusa, he goes into a hilarious flail over, "We saved money on food while she was in the future so now we can feed her more" explanation. SNERK.
Gokudera/Tsuna teamup :D
goes to show that Gokudera is best at two things:
(a) taking damage
(b) being decoy

OF COURSE HE WON, SAYS GOKUDERA, HE HAD ME WITH HIM.
It's v. cute: Gokudera works the SISTEMA C.A.I. to protect Tsuna, and acts as a decoy so Tsuna can ACCOMPLISH HIS GOALS.

Hibari, lounging on the couch after a long day of Beating People Up, when suddenly:

... Hibari actually LOOKS PLEASED AT THIS
Tsuna pulling the badass act on Mukuro
I'LL PUNISH YOU FOR SCARING CHROME, SAYS BIG BAD MUKURO
GO AHEAD IF YOU THINK YOU'RE HARD ENOUGH, SAYS TSUNA
To his credit Mukuro does think things are a bit off, BUT SERIOUSLY MUKURO.
I THOUGHT YOU ILLUSIONISTS WERE BETTER THAN THAT.
the big reveal which surprises no one
this is the real Tsuna.
And Tsuna of the previous frames?
It isn't Tsuna, it's Mammon's illusion powers/possibly Skull's interference, too.
The real Tsuna would like to express his FEELINGS:
re. the presence of his SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF GUARDIANS
Except Mammon DID NOT DO THE RESEARCH and clearly did not realise that Mukuro & Hibari's enmity trumps Tsuna pissing them BOTH off.
