So I read this today and well:
1. The defendant is an automobile engineer and repairer.
2. He had been up to the end of 1978 working from a garage, part of his own home.
3. The local authority, however, objected to this use being made of domestic property, and they gave him the appropriate notice to desist.
4. He thereupon urgently looked round for other accommodation.

Specific quick-spoiler post here, but I prefer the Bleach Asylum version, because "その攻撃で実験場から３区画が消滅" was translated to, I quote, "The attack causes the third division to be totally annihilated. (Well the floor of Spana's workshop is what it means anyways)." It's the comment I find very grin-worthy, because, um, there is no actual mention of Spanner in there, really.
