Have turned into a gym enthusiast. We were there for almost two hours today and yesterday it was three hours. Is that obsessive? Have so far seen no improvement, although Julia and I were hoping that our arms were turning into biceps today. Hmm. Careful not to overdo it at the gym -- if you're doing weights, it's never a good idea to train the same muscle groups two days in a row. If you have to go every day, try alternative days, e.g. do cardio on one day followed by strength training, or arms one day and legs the other. I know it sounds patronising, but the last thing you want is to end up with an injury. I go for about 45 minutes three times a week, and have noticed loads of improvement, but it does take a couple of weeks to show.
