Today, it started off slow but refreshing despite the fact of getting NO SLEEP, AGAIN! I felt tired last night at around 11:00 PM and I decided to lay down, thinking I was going to get sleep (the previous night I only got 2 hours sleep) :\ I ended laying down till about 4 AM, which was relaxing I suppose, but, I wanted to sleep. Oh well, I got up took a early morning walk and breathed in the fresh air and tried to make the best of my situation. I needed to feel refreshed because I was being interviewed by the staff of South County Career Center and needed to make a good impression. I got back home at around 5:45 AM and everyone was still sleeping grabbed a glass of water and watched Garfield and some other stuff - HA! that show still kicks ass, I should watch it every morning. After that I just went in my room to play the guitar and listen to some music for a few hours. Nothing especially interesting happened this morning I suppose, except my mom went to the store bought some ice cream :( Thats a bad thing because I love ice cream and I was supposed to be fasting for a few days and I scarfed it down. Oh well, I cant help it I'm only human! The smooth velvetty sheet of vanilla & strawberry goodness blanketting my stomach as it melts...aah...how could I resist?
At around 11 I went to my friend Ivan's house. Today was his last day in Tampa :( and we played Halo (my favorite game!) on his XBox, and reminisced of our earlier days of causing trouble. Then, his sister came to pick him up and drive him back to Miami. When she drove me home they played their crappy rap crap and I wanted to jump in the front seat and break their $500 radio system. You know what? Who the hell needs a $500 radio system with 7,000,000 amps of power running into their speakers that is so loud that you cant even turn the volume passed .003% of its potential?! Must be part of the whole bling blinging thing I dont get...heh, oh well :)
After she dropped me off at home, it was about 3 PM and I had to go to the SCCC school facility. I'll be going there this year to get my diploma :) They made this school out of a Juvenile prison the state was going to build and instead turned it into a school which was a cool thing, in my opinion. This place was awesome! They have career specific areas for jobs relating to computers, construction works (puh!), architects, automechanics, culinary arts (cooking), nursing stuff, and a lot of other intersting stuff. I choose Networking Adminstrator because I'm good with computers and I'm going to get a networking job as a temporary career (they make a shitload of $$!!) while I'm going through college; I think I want to go for a Psychology degree ;D The dude giving me the tour of the facility was kinda ignorant and smelled like old people but he was nice :)...After the tour, the principal gave me an individual interview to see where I belong and it turns out he thinks very highly of me and I'm automatically going to placed with the senior class! Woot woot! Only 1 year of school and I get out with a high school diploma and all I have to do is pass the stupid standard FL tests :)
So now here I am...tomorrow I'm going to go fill out that application at Sonics. I should probably go take a shower because I probably smell. In fact I think I will. Peace out :)
