Just got done watching Bladerunner. Late 80/ early 90s was a dark period for movies. They were so awful that they actually turned out amazing. Bladerunner is actually based on a book called 'Do Androids Dream of Metal Sheep'

Where's all my dark sci-fi now?

Work out tip - When working out at home, alone or with a partner it helps to crank up the jams. So turn up the beats and get a sweatin!

Men
Abkillers do just that - they kill your abs. To do these, you need good core strength and decent balance/coordination. While sitting on the floor, come to the sit up position. Now bring your knees to your chest, and lift your feet off the ground. You should just be resting on your bottom, nothing else touching the floor. Now lean back and extend your feet, while letting only you bottom have contact with the floor. Extend as far as you can, then come back to the starting position. That's one. Believe me, these are tough.

Run in place for 2 min or a quarter mile to loosen up. 15 abkillers or 20 situps, 30 pushups, 20 airsquats, 15 diamond pushups, and 30 sungods. Repeat times five, and then end with another 2 min jog in place, or another quarter mile.

Took me 14 minutes.
