[There’s a long moment between showing up in the house and Tom pulling lurking across the screen. The journals seem to flip on with new arrivals as if to alert the rest of the house to them being there, so Tom doesn't know, but the entire network can see him packing around the room. Stunned, white as a sheet, and about ten seconds from a grade-A freak out. Finally, he speaks, the voice masculine but hushed from where he sits close by at the foot of his bed; as if he’s afraid someone might overhear.]
