I finially saw 'The Dark Knight'. For anyone who want's to avoid spoilers, click no furthur.
Two Words: HOLY. SHIT.
All the hype is true, people. This movie is so incredibly awsome. When the lights dimmed, the whole theater was totally scilent. Not since the LORT trilogy have I witnessed that. The only complaint I have is that the Joker is slightly underused in the early stages of the film--not that this was a bad choice, film-wise, but because I wanted AS MUCH JOKER AS POSSIBLE. I'm not saying Ledger will definitly win the Oscar (Not like my Locked-In choice, Wall-E), But he's assured a nomination.
JUST. WOW. See it.
Also, I've recently begun watching a locally produced show:
Wolfman Mac's Nightmare Sinema on the WB 20--Produced locally (My Aunt's boss is the propmaster!), it is the first show of it's kind to be made/air in MI in over 2 decades. Watch it!!
