The trees spoke words I've never heard.
I realized I've never felt the rain before
Untill it was dripping down my face
In the dark I never saw so clear.
Everything was heard.
My clarity of the sky and the night was the clearest of my life
The trees moved in unision like a massive wave taking lives in a under toe.
The blackness swarmed and lights would appear in dfferent instances as if it was my own lite brites show.
There was never silence.
How I welcomed it.
I was ready to hear the sounds no instument and no man/woman could ever make.
I tasted the air, rain, and ciggerette smoke caking my lungs.
A corn field was never that beautiful.
A night that will not be a night again.
For it was mine to gaze on whenever I feel nature is gone.
My eyes are open, full excitement and fear.
