Easter break! Whoo hoo!! And I have 5 school projects I need to finish in 10 days! Boo hoo!!
I plan on spending most of it visiting my brother and his family in the Westman Island. I leave in a couple of days on the ferry. Never been on the ferry. Not for three hours on rough sea. I pretend to have an iron stomach - time to put that theory to the test.
Day 7
Weight
117,6 kg - down by 200 gr. I know you always lose weight more rapidly in the beginning. I guess the honeymoon's over and now the real work begins.
Diet
~Not the usual. I know! I see you recoil in shock. I was working this morning and so I went to the cafeteria and got the patented ham and cheese sandwich with peppers, cucumbers and pita sauce - known around there as "The Ásta". Had skyr for lunch but then met up with my friend Embla at a cafe downtown and had a light snack with her (three chicken spears with sweet and sour dipping sauce and a side salad). Two eggs for dinner. Ritz crackers with cream cheese as a late night snack.
Exercise
24 minutes on the treadmill, 2 km.
