Ok, I've FINALLY decided to upload England pics. Just a warning, there's about 160 of them...
Windsor Castle

The Peace Pagoda... nice picnic spot. We have no idea what that says at the base of the statue, Irene said a couple of the characters were similar to the kanji for "safe world"
They have canals!!
the fences are also pretty awesome... just branches thrown in a pile, basically...
London... of which there are the most
The view from my hostel window. it was right across from King's Cross and St. Pancras, which is the first pic...
as you might have guessed... King's Cross!
I really don't know what that was... a random wash-station-thing in the middle of the platforms...
More St Pancras station... what can I say? it was really photogenic...
we don't get flowers like that here o.o
a church that was around the corner... can't remember now what it was called
*innocent grin*
a couple different kinds of tour buses...
I have no idea what that building is... it just looked really cool

a random cottage in the middle of a park... no idea what it's purpose was, or why it was there in the first place, or anything...
Buckingham Palace

I really, really loved that statue, for some reason
and the front gate... or one of, at least
and that's as far in as the camera would zoom...
a London taxi... there was actually a bright pink one, but that left before I could get my camera out
one final parting shot
I just loved that there was an alley called Milmaids Passage...
one of the Smart Cars... why don't we have those here?
so they cut a trolley in half and bolted it to the wall...
I was greatly amused by the "do not remove from this station", when it was not only cut in half... but BOLTED TO THE WALL
St. Paul's Cathedral... of which I was stupid enough to climb to the top of
again, statues in the middle of a roundabout
views from the various levels of the Cathedral. However spiffy it was, I'm not doing that again.
How the stairs were climbing up most of the way
and the veiw going down... 'twas a bit freaky, I kept getting dizzy and almost sliding down them

The only thatch roof in London...
the Golden Hinde... didn't actually think about that, just happened to pass it
in case you hadn't guessed... the Tower Bridge

Traitor's Gate... the guide joked that it was the first one-way street in London

the very center... started as a Norman castle
I think someone had a little too much fun decorating the cannon...
no, not done with the tower yet... still have all the weaponry to go...
I can't remember who's they said that was... but that thing was seriously at least twice the size of me.
they had lots of things like this floating around...
this one I found rather amusing
weapons are way too decorative
these were huge. The largest was about waist high.
would you believe this guy had a miniature chapel off his bedroom? o.o
