I'm proud to be African-American

so this year broke a yearly Martin Luther King Day tradition, of drinking malt liquor and eating popeye's fried chicken with my cousins. Actually, we only did that last year, and i don't even think it was exactly on Martin Luther King day, but it would have been a sweet traditon, and I respect that guy a whole lot. Maybe next year.
i finally got through the first half of the year and midterms, and i was planning on enjoying a nice little break, but it was kinda wasted by me being sick as hell. Anyhoo I was feeling better (sorta) on saturday, and was not gonna miss akron/ family. The whole night was fucking awesome. My first trip to a houka bar was very enjoyable, and I must say I have never smoked that much houka in my life combined as I did on saturday. I think it was pina colada. Good Shit.
The concert was fucking rediculous. I didn't know what to expect, because a lot of their songs are realy slow, but they fucking rocked that place. Plus the whole band is so cool, and really chill and it was fun chilling with them and haviing a snowball fight (even though I almost pegged one right in the face, and he doesn't like me anymore and thinks I'm mean).

PS.
The band endowed me with a sweet talking bird.

PPS. I can't wait to see akron/ fam again, and now all other concerts I go to are gonna seem boring as shit.
