Really? My question is probably stupid, but are there many foreigners in Japanese conventions? Sometimes I tell myself it must be so fun to live in Japan where you can buy and find the things you cannot find elsewhere XD;;
I remember last winter, there was a really interesting doujinshi on eBay, and I wanted to buy it, even if the price was ridiculous. ($80 for a less-than-30-pages doujinshi...) I was about to buy it, but when I checked the page, it had already been sold '' orz
But yeah, collecting doujinshi is an expensive hobby, and it can be frustrating as well when you cannot find the title you are looking for... it happened to me a lot...!
Yeah, and some people who do the same thing as you do only offer this service to their friends! Some people do it, but their fees and rules are expensive and just crazy...
You should take the time to rest, however! I mean, it's an hobby, you have no deadline to finish your work! That said, I hope everything goes as planned for you.

Eighty bucks? YIKES! I hope that was a rare title you were looking at. I can search the stores and look for used doujinshi as well--it's frustrating when you can't find that work you've been scouring the Internet for and I'd be more than glad to help.
Actually, I've got a bit of a deadline--I'd like to finish everything by Sunday so I can start on Comic City and Gijinka Kingdom orders. I think I'm going to make it though, and after the event I'll have the chance to rest for a bit....later gator! *waves happily*

I would like to go to a Japanese convention, to buy doujinshi, but my Japanese vocabulary is... really lame, to tell the truth LOL! That being said, a friend in France says that Koreans go to "Japan Expo", a convention held in Paris, so I should not be surprised to learn that there are foreigners in Japanese conventions as well!
Yes, it is a very rare title, because it is only sold in specific conventions, from what somebody told me. I look everywhere, from Livret.jp to Yahoo!Auctions but it is nowhere to be found... Oh well! I gave it since then XD It gave me too much headaches for the result I got XD;; That said, I'm not really interested in it anymore... it was a pretty... sick one, if I can say it that way...

I took a look at the Gijinka Kingdom website, but I do not even understand what circles are going to be there, LOL, how lame! " orz
