The Weekly Update (Part 1)

May 09, 2009 10:35

Morning everyone, and hope your weekend plans are looking good! It's been a few days since I returned from Tokyo and I've been getting packages shipped plus sending notifications too. Here's a quick summary of how it's going:

1. SuperComi orders. I'm two-thirds of the way through my master wish list, and have several Hetalia fans and the odd Jump and video games fans left to contact (ATTN lark_aero: your ShikaTema anthology is here! *lols* :P).

There are a few extremely large orders both listed in the comm's pages and sent by private email that are taking much longer than normal to finish up. I've got most of the work done for these requests, and everyone else should be hearing from me shortly.

2. Y!JA items. A couple of you emailed me with requests over the last 48 hours and I've bid on all your items...keep your fingers crossed!

3. The Weekly Update: After looking over my giant list of things left to do I decided to split the update in two--the "gently-used" works now, and the stack of new SuperComi titles tomorrow night.

The Hetalia section features a rare Germania/Italy, re-stocked Oranges and Kuromamepacks, and a cute all-illustrations Switzerland anthology.

Persona 4 has some new Souji/Yosukes and an odd little Naoto-based work.

If you'd like to reserve some used doujinshi but want to see the SuperComi works before making a final decision, leave me a comment now, and we can definitely switch your order around when the time comes. I planned the updates in order to give everyone as much time as possible to finalize their orders before Monday, when I expect many of the SuperComi requests will be dropped off at the post office.

And that's the way things are--thanks again for your patience and hang in there, because there's good stuff just down the road. 0:)
