Last night was elections for ADX, and I am now the new sorority President for next year!!!!! I won't ever forget standing in front of these girls that have come to be so important to me... giving my little speech, and realizing that I was in a moment that I had anticipated for years. It was a unique moment.
My dad asked me if he had to start calling me Miss President. I laughed and said that no, "Your Presidency" would be just fine. ;)
I'm experiencing excitement, joy, gratitude, and a small twist of nervousness in anticipation of such responsibility. The girls that are on E-board are totally awesome, and I have this overwhelming sense that next year is going to mean huge exciting change for our group.
