Here is today's PSG.
I know the helmet thing is beloved to a lot of people, but I really look awful in a helmet. It makes me look special ed and fatter than I am because I have a large, oddly shaped head which is hard to fit to helmets. (so I can't get the "fashionable" Charles Owens or GPS or whatever the hell is the "modern" helmet). Oh well. In a week we'll have a video with a top hat, so we'll see if my theories are true about the helmet making me look fatter. And special.
