I can wish for anything I want? Really? (And it's just one wish?)
Well, I could be cliche and wish for world peace -- or giant castles, jewels, and a gorgeous wife, like that one Muggle story. But I've already got a gorgeous wife, and that Muggle story has three wishes, anyway.
I suppose I could wish to be the best Quidditch player in the world. I probably would've, too, back when I was in fifth or sixth year. But things change, and so do people. A Gryffindor would probably wish that Voldemort had never come to power, that everyone would've been safe. I could wish that Lily and I hadn't died, but then Voldemort would have stayed in power; and we might not have been able to defeat him. If we hadn't died, Sirius wouldn't have gone to Azkaban, and everything would have been alright. But you can't live in the past, honestly, even if it's all you've got left. So I guess if I could have one wish, it's that things will be alright now, for everyone who was hurt by Voldemort and his followers. That we can finally have the life we should have had. Yeah, that's my wish.
