I have a coworker who has told a few of us at work to sign up for Influenster to get product for free to review. Now it can be anything from skincare, haircare, makeup, food stuffs, etc. I had no idea what to expect, nor did I expect to get a box so soon after signing up, but I ended up being picked to receive a #BossBabeVoxBox
This one came with a few items:
A full sized bottle of gummy Biotin vitamins
Cest Moi charcoal mask
Eva NYC hair color spray
Korres Greek yogurt cleanser
And a code for a free Taste of Home box.
While I do like gummy vitamins, I don’t really have a need for Biotin as I’ve been getting laser hair removal treatments for about 6+ months now and I don’t want anything to make it all come back lol. But if this is something you’re looking for, you might like these because they taste like tart strawberries.
The Cest Moi mask is amazing. I’m just going to start off with that. The consistency and efficacy are extremely similar to Glam Glows charcoal mask- and it’s only $10!! (Compared to Glam Glows masks the retail at $59!) if you like charcoal/deep cleansing masks- get thisss!
The Eva NYC temporary hair color sprays were definitely my least favorite. They honestly just seem like any other temporary hair color spray. For claiming to be “brushable” this doesn’t hold up well at All after brushing as most of the color comes off. I am not a fan at all and can’t believe the small cans retail at $10 each considering it takes a Lot of product to build up the color.
Korres Greek Yoghurt facial cleanser have been my go to cleanser since I got it. I’m so lazy when it comes to my skincare routine, so I love that this takes off my makeup and cleanses my face as well. Even though it has “Greek yoghurt” it still does seem to leave some dry patches, which I’m okay with as I usually use facial serums and oils after cleansing. I’m still on the fence about purchasing when I’m done with my complimentary sample.
And there’s the Special Delivery Taste of Home box. Now I’m just going to say that I wasn’t excited for this. I’m terrible at kitchen things and don’t really cook. But I ordered one for reviewing purposes and oh. my. goodness. I was DELIGHTFULLY surprised!! It came in a Big box and it contained a 300+ page full color hard cover recipe book, some extra recipe cards, a few kitchen items (a cute swizzle stick ice tray, a bread cover, a butter spreader, a berry colander, tongs) popover mix. These are seasonal boxes (4 times a year) and if you want to just get one, they are $49 OR $40 if you subscribe. I think it’s really cute and I think it’s so special for including a big beautiful cook book. I’m actually considering signing up for the Summer box as they’re on special right now $35 (if you subscribe)
I’m really happy about these two boxes and I hope to be able to review some more soon!
