keeping the beat

I'm thinking about getting back into dancing. Only, I want to do more of a workout type dancing. I miss the beat. Every time I listen to music, my body has slowly, unconsciously started to keep track of the rhythm.

Any of you guys dance for the workout?

Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?

I also think I want to start yoga. I need more zen in my life right now. Plus, I think it'll help my back.
