red velvet cookies

Made Red Velvet cookies. Had to taste test with various toppings, since they weren't great on their own. (White chocolate drizzle, white chocolate across the entire top, cream cheese frosting across the entire top, a red velvet cookie cream cheese frosting sandwich.)

I could only manage three cookies. Had to send the rest to my siblings to taste test. I think I'm going to be sick. Too. rich.

But, they were pretty! VERY red. Festive. I like it :D
