Is there a reason why you switch from he/her though? Like this

"She stripped again and stood in front of the mirror, looking down at the slim body. His defined abs contrasted the roundness of her girlish hips"

Yep. When he's dressed as girl!Quinn he thinks of himself as a girl at this point. He's kinda separated their existences. Girl!Quinn isn't boy!Quinn in his mind. So we switch the pronouns to emphasize the disparity in his mind through the writing.
