I’m an over romantic about food… its sad really. On ‘No Reservations’ (NOT THE FUCKING MOVIES… if you don’t know what it is, other than that stupid as fuck movie, then, you, don’t know me at all) they should how there is only a hand full of people making noodles by hand, in that way they were making them was with a bamboo pole which is also the reason no one wants to do it that way, since, its disfiguring. But still. It’s a dying art, and, also shows a sad trend. People are getting lazier and lazier, and caring less and less about quality, sacrificing it for convenience. Its horrid. Especially all those stupid knick knack kitchen tools that are asinine.
