(no subject)
Interesting Friday. Came home fromm work early due to me just freaking out. I was so aggrivated I wanted to put my fist through my machine. Customers didn't help with that. Especially sitting there and having some guy call me stupid in any way possible for about an hour. I think the choice line was "Didn't your mother ever send you to school? . . . . Well obviously not much because you have such a shitty, pee-on job and you don't even know how to do that." *Gets homocidal urge*
So I chilled at home and drew alot which was theraputic. Then went up to D-town and saw Dante. Went and chilled with his Tattoo artist and her boyfriend. Very cool people. I got to play UT on ps2 against her boyfriend. Got my ass kicked thanks to the ghetto ass controls. I hate analog games. GIVE ME PC OR GIVE ME DEATH! (which I got in large amounts.) We talked about Dante's and my ideas for tats, drew a bit, etc. . . Unfortunately while I was in my gaming zone they started toking up. I didn't even notice until a huge ass cloud hitmy face and my eyes immediately started watering. Had a nice allergic reaction with watery eyes, itching, coughing, the whole 9. Dante felt all bad, I'm sure I didn't help much considering I was rather pissed and miserable. But after my antihisthamines kicked in I made him crack up by committing Bokken Sepuku. :)
Unfortunately, Though she is a great artist, I don't like what Dante's girl did with my angels, made them too realistic looking, and less androgenous. We'll see what the finished product looks like but I do believe Mikey gets those too. I forgot the reason I like Mikey so much is that he shares my love of cartoony stuff. He also knows my art well enough to know what aspects of my drawings I love and which I think can be improved on. *Smirk* How could I have ever doubted him?
Rich Ives the absolute GENIUS who works at steele city is looking for an apprentice. (check out this guys work, you'll cream your pants.: http://www.tattooing-piercing.com/rich-01.html ) Time to get a professional portfolio put together. I would hate working in pueblo, but damn is it worth it. *sigh* What I wouldn't give for that job! I just don't know if I'm good enough. Funny how one doubts thier work in the presence of greatness.
Dunno what I'm doing tonight, maybe hanging out with Dixie if she doesn't go to 32 Blue. Otherwise I don't know. I kinda want to be out of the apartment for Brett and Hannah since she's just coming home today and they have been deprived of eachother for the last week. I have the problem of no wheels though.
Just looking foreward to tomorrow at this point. I am going to attempt to learn how to drive a stick again in the morning. Then going to pick up Dante and drive back here at night. *squee* I'm so glad I get him for a day again, finally. It's been a long week.
