You've been directed in lots of things. Just do the things the other directors did that you liked and worked and don't do the things that they did that you didn't like and didn't work.

I think you'd be a pretty good director. You're good on stage. You know how to play to an audience. And people like you. You convinced them to do Grease pretty easily, right?

I did. I don't know why I'm doubting myself. I just want it to be great because I'm really excited about this.

If you're excited, other people will be too. And enthusiasm goes a long way. You just gotta keep it organised. If you can do that, it'll definitely be great.

That's really the only part that makes me nervous. I'm not the most organized person naturally.

I managed to get lots of helpers, but we're still going to be cutting it really really close for Halloween. I miss Peter-oh! You know what you should do? You should get a technical director. You can be the creative director still and they can do all the other bits.
