ARGH, so I just read somebody's (vague) spoilers for the Prison Break finale and ARGH, ARGH. Not because they actually say something bad (just the opposite), but because they actually make the thing sound exciting. That is NOT a good thing. ARGH. I really, really could do *without* spoiler induced addiction.

Not good for the soul.
