My nano arrived yesterday! Whee! I installed the software on my lunch break, and haven't had a chance to do anything since. Bah. I also suck at figuring things out, so I don't know how long it'll be before it's functional... I can't remember how much memory it has, so I don't know how much music it'll take. But I'm pretty sure it's a lot. I'm sure my whole flist is just staring at this going "Sam, you're an IDIOT." Yeah.
I'm very excited though! I hope I have time to play with it tonight. I still need to buy accessories for it. I want an armband for when I work out. And a stand and car adapter like Katie has. Because that was AWESOME.
I've started going to the gym again. Finally! I feel so much better now. I've also discovered that I really like going directly after soccer practice because I'm already warmed up and can push myself harder. :) Tara and I met up yesterday after my practice and worked out, then went over to Second Cup. It was really great!

1. My right ear has a little pointy part on it, like a little elf ear. It was more defined when I was younger, but I still think it's pretty darn cool.
2. I have been addicted to reading ever since I can remember. These days it's mostly reading fan fiction online that keeps me up or distracts me all day, but I remember being like 10 years old and having my Dad come into my room at night and angrily turn off my lamp and yelling at me because it'd be past midnight and I'd be trying to read a book in bed. Or yelling at me that No, I was NOT allowed to take my books to the dinner table! I'd go through about 30 or so a week.
3. I'm really, really close to my mom. I can talk to her about absolutely anything and everything. Seriously. Like, she was one of the first people I told when I lost my virginity. She's my mom and she acts like it, and that comes first, but she's also my friend. And I love that. I don't care if other people don't understand.
4. I'm secretly very shy and introverted, but I don't like it, so I pretend that I'm outgoing and extroverted. Most people can't tell.
5. I'm half-asian. Seriously. Ask Gen. :P
