stars in the day
1) Lilies are such beautiful flowers, don't you think? (: I'm in love with them. The one above is called a Resurrection Lily (also known as a surprise lily or a magic lily (aww like Lily Potter haha)) because the leaves disappear in summer with the flower spikes seemingly rising from the dead in late summer.
2) Today, for Sociology tutorial, everyone was supposed to do their group project presentations. BUT of course I had to have my wonderfully stupid painful period cramps, so I couldn't even come to school, so my poor group couldn't do the presentation. Plus I missed seeing what all the other groups did. :(
3) I miss watching One Tree Hill. Seriously, I wish it was January already. asdfghjkl;'
4) A few weeks ago, I was reading Charmaine's blog. She'd written an entry about how we all go through seasons in our lives; some good, and some bad. And even though she's a Christian and I'm a Muslim, her entry really spoke to me and reminded me of the similarities between our religions. It reminded me of how we must continue to have faith throughout all the seasons of our lives and believe in the unseen, love Allah (God) and trust Him.
5) I've got to learn how NOT to stay mad at people who offend me or my loved ones. You know, just let go? Yes, I shall learn peacefulness and forgive and forget.
