Quilting day 2
So just to warn you all, this blog is probably going to get pretty darn boring for the next month and a half, since the only things on my plate besides the quilting is a petal-shaped bum pad, and some lace mitts. However, I still want to post every day that I make progress on the petticoat, so the blog will become more like picture a day/movie review of the movies I watch while a quilt.
Day 2:
Movies watched:
*Angus, Thongs, and Perfect Snogging - cute typical teen movie, though it's British, so of course I prefer it to American teen movies. I read at least a couple of the books back in high school, but I really don't remember them. Love the British slang, but there's really not much substance to the movie. 3.5 out of 5 stars
*Carolina - Really really good. I thought it would turn out to be a typical Julia Stiles romantic comedy, but there was so much more to it. It was a little predictable on the romance part, but bigger than that was the emphasis on family in the movie. And I cried. A fair amount. Highly recommended. 5 stars!
