Yes, I'm still here.
I can't believe how long it's been since I last posted.
Last year, I had to get away from LJ because I was trying to avoid spoilers for Game of Thrones. I loved reading all the awesome Dany/Jorah fic, but I was reading the books at the same time and the fanfic had book spoilers.
And I was trying to write more Dany/Jorah GoT fic, but I was blocked for some reason.
So I stayed away from LJ to give me time to catch up a little in the GoT books, and to maybe break the writer's block by getting away from the fandom for a while....
Then the holidays came around and I got busy and never came back... at least not back to participating in LJ, although I kept an eye on my flist.
And I haven't written a damn thing either... :-(
But I'm 2/3 of the way through the 4th GoT book, A Feast for Crows. And before you know it, April will be here and S2 of GoT will start up again! I plan on doing a S1 rewatch beforehand - I pre-ordered the BluRay set from Amazon.
So the plot bunnies for Dany/Jorah have started stirring, and I'm starting to feel like writing again.
I have lots of other fannish things to say, but that'll wait for another day.
So thanks again, Anonymous-virtual-gifter, for at least prompting me to post *something* instead of lurking on LJ...!
