Argh! Just had a super shitty customer service experience and now feel the need to rant at a sympathetic audience.
Okay, so, shitty fast food - you don't exactly expect stellar service, and, yes, my order is annoying, and I realise that the speaker system in the drive through is really shitty. BUT, when I come in and tell you my partner ordered something different to what I recieved, it is NEVER okay for you to a) tell me I'm wrong about what the person I was sitting 1m away from said, b) hurl my (incorrect) order in to a bin where I can see, c) drop the fixed order on the counter in front of me sullenly, and then d) stalk off, thus neglecting the usual customer service requirement of a friendly farewell.
The free extra fries were appreciated, though

Actually, I'm quite proud of myself for not making a scene. I was so close to going all borderline-rage on that bitch. But I didn't.
