Another outbreak, younger, this time. According to Alucard, the newest one fell into the 15-20 age range. Whoever created them doesn't seem to realize that adding vampirisim ontop of an unstable emotional balance is about as smart as dumping kerosine onto a fire. Or maybe they don't care. Either way, the information branch is continuing to investigate. The chance of this batch all coming from the same sire is very probable, but it's too early to tell.
