To Whom it may concern-
This marks the fourth time the Ministry has contacted the Hellsing Organization regarding low-level outbreaks in relation to witches and wizards who have been, according to you, found to be practicing dark magic. You seem absolutely convinced that Hellsing, despite having pulled from the Ministry months prior- is somehow still at your beck and call. (Which we never were in the past, nor wlll we be in the future). You are sadly mistaken. If you can easily arrest a falsely accused young man in an attempt to make yourself look like something other than a stuffed shirt figurehead, you can handle your outbreaks. Continue to contact Hellsing with this nonsense instead of learning how to handle the organzation you decided to head after that incident with Fudge, and I swear to God and the Crown that I will personaly handle you.
