The filler arc is about the Bounts, if that helps. Also, if Soi Fon seems to be a rather prominent shinigami in the current episodes WITHOUT Yuroichi sexual tension/angst/fighting going on, you've probably reached the filler. I feel for you.

I...honestly have no idea what the hell's going on. I caught one episode of this...whatever over Con weekend and was horribly perplexed - and saddened by absolutely no female characters at all - and an episode last night, that I was stoned while watching.

They're back in Japan, not Soul Society.

Honestly, the Bleach filler arc is a thing of pain, but since even the frikkin' manga seems to be set on one giant filler arc, I suppose I shouldn't expect too much. And Geass took a while to get into, but I kept going mostly for the novelty's sake of "dear God, it's Kamui and what's-his-face from CCS in mechs!" and the alternate history geekery.

In retrospect, I sort of wish I'd watched FMA as it was being released in the States, but then I would've missed out on the chance to binge on it like it was a giant cherry cheesecake of my very own.

I'm glad I'm only half paying attention to it, then. I'd heard a great deal about the filler, and now I'm realizing why.....

Yeah, I have that feeling sometimes, too. But I did enjoy re-watching it when it was released, and introducing other people to it, and rekindling that love all over again. :D
