It's not often I write about my lunch, but wendywoowho inspired me...
Our usual Thursday attorney lunch was shifted to Friday this week. While the entree was tasty, the desserts really stood out: warm cinnamon rice pudding with roasted apples, and gingerbread cookies.
This is why I don't cook at home much anymore. I can't compete with the office caterers.
